FOCUS ON WHERE YOU WANT TO BE NOT WHERE YOU ARE.
Everyone came here on this Earth without his/her consent and will leave without his/her consent. The time given for each one of us from the day we were born without our knowledge up to the day of departing without our consent is what we call life. In this life each one of us has something unique to unleash and give it out for a given time of life to benefit others.
Something to share, something to live for it may be a song, a book, discovery, business and many other things. Everyone has something for somebody, everyone has something for others.

You were born with Dreams and power to achieve them from within.

Your Dream is a reason of your life.

You are not here on this planet Earth to just exist, but rather to live your dream and contribute something of significance to others through your Dream.

It is true that life has a bad habit of burying our Dreams. Many of us when we were very young we had our own Dreams, maybe because of where we have been, people we associated with and things which we gone through made us to put aside and bury our dreams into the dusts and settled for mediocrity.

It is also true that all of us were born to live our life, but very few of us lives not because it is impossible but because we feel safe to just exist than to live. We feel safe to where we are, that we forget to look where we want to be and where we were made to be. We feel like it is hopeless, as if there is nowhere better to go.

We are stuck on where we are because of what we see, that we forget to Dream and no longer seeing where we want to be.

I have studied great leaders who changed the world, like Abraham Lincoln, Winston Churchill, Nelson Mandela and many others and found that the good reason which made them to be Great leaders is not that they were potentially greater than you or anybody but because they focused where they wanted to be that they unleashed their power from within which each and every one of us possess.

They kept their eyes on the prize. They did not allow themselves to be distracted or even pulled aside from the path they have chosen. They had, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and were human being just like us, they made it because they focused where they wanted to be and not where they are.

Stay on track and focus where you want to be and not where you are.

Whether you have done it to be where you are or its been done to you, whether it is bad or good or both don’t stuck there, focus where you want to be.

Look away from your present circumstances, look away from your present problems, temporary defeats and pain and focus where you want to be.

Shake off whatever is holding you back and step up to where you want to be.

I know you may say that there are some circumstances in life you have to go with them, change your circumstances if you can’t change them then change with the circumstances but remain consistent preserving the same purpose of focusing where you want to be. Remember that you are in charge of your own life.

You are the composer of the music of your life. You are the designer of your own fate. Take trouble of focusing all attention and energy of becoming what you want to be.

Keep your eye on the ball, focus where you want to be. Stay motivated with your Dream in every minutes of your life, become more addicted on where you are going that nothing should stop you from moving to where you want to be, do the following:

1. Don’t get stuck where you are now.
Don’t rest on the past accomplishment or success that you rely on the reputation instead of focusing on where you want to be. Your little success can be a threat to where you want to be.

2. Don’t regret or complain.
Don’t mourn and regret for what you have lost that you lose a lesson from it, analyze it and move on to where you want to be. Don’t get stuck for what you have failed, rather go out there to find other ways to reach where you want to be. There is always way out for the seeker.

3. Don’t look where you don’t want to go.
Keep your eyes on the prize. No matter how discouraging the task may be, no matter how people treat you just ignore everything and focus where you want to be.

No matter what happened, stick to your purpose remember that the reason of your life is not your body existence but rather your purpose, your Dream that people may benefit from you even if you will not be there at some future date. FOCUS ON WHERE YOU WANT TO BE AND NOT WHERE YOU ARE.

Thank You For Your Time.

Get over being depressed because he broke
up with you.
Give your self-esteem and self-confidence
the boost it needs to get back up on your
feet again and face the world and find your
next relationship.
I'm sure you've felt bad about yourself after
breaking up with your partner.
These feelings of low self-esteem are often
caused by guilt over what had happened.
Let me tell you this: It happens to everyone
who has suffered through a break-up.
The thing is, we all deal with break-ups quite
differently from one person to the next.
Some people are able to bounce back and
move on.
However, some people suffer from guilt and
depression usually because of their low self
-esteem.
And this can lead to bouts of depression.
When that happens you will go through life
feeling bad about yourself, even when it isn't
necessary.
You wind up not enjoying life, not do the
things you want to do, or not being able to
work towards your goals.
In short, you are incapacitated from doing
anything.
You can do things that will not only build up
your self-esteem, but at the same time get
rid of your depression so you can get back
up on your feet again.
Let me show these simple things you can
do right away so you can boost your self-
esteem and get a head's up against depression.
The good thing is, you can do these things
everyday.
1) Focus on yourself.
That is to say, pay attention to what you
want and need.
By that I mean, listen to what your body
is saying. If you feel it wants you to take
a long walk, do so.
If you feel you need someone to talk to
seek out a friend and hang-out.
This also means to need to take care of
yourself.
Eat healthy, exercise, do physical activities.
Take the time to enjoy things that you want
to do.
Start or finish a project that you've been holding
off doing.
Spend for yourself - buy clothes or even a
complete wardrobe.
Just don't overdo it of course or you may
wind up doing more harm than good.
Basically, make it a point to treat yourself
well everyday.

2) Be positive about yourself.
Get rid of all those negative thoughts and
bombard yourself with positive reinforcements.
By that I mean give yourself affirmations.
Repeat these positive words over and over
in your mind, or say it out loud to yourself.
If you want write it down for you to read or
to hang in your home where you can easily
see it.
This will take time and patience.
But slowly but surely you'll notice that after
a while all your negativity will be transformed
into positive energy.
********************************************************************
3) Party it up socially.
Remember that famous line: "no man is
an island, entire of itself..."
Just as it says, you can't do it all just by
yourself.
We are social creatures.
We long for companions to interact with.
Go outside.
Seek out your friends.
Refresh your contact with the rest of the
human race.
Friends and families are the best medicines
out there - for any and all kinds of ailment.
And do they work wonders, especially if
you're feeling down.
As you build your self-esteem you'll feel
better and you'll see that you are enjoying
life more than you did before.
You'll be able to do more of the things you
have always wanted to do.
More importantly, you will be able to get the
strength to get over your break up and take
take stock of your life and become happy.
Remember, your happiness gives you your
positive self-esteem.
And you can become happy again even aftera break-up.
You can start by being strong inside.
Make use of the power of affirmations in order
to charge your everyday life with the positivism
that will help you stave off the fear of the darkness
so you don't fall victim to your negative environment.
To your happiness,
DR Rose Windale

Zakayo alikuwa mtoza ushuru mkuu.

Zakayo mtoza ushuru tajiri ana ndoto maishani. Ndoto yake ni kumuona Yesu. Utajiri na mali alizokuwa nazo haumpi amani. “Hata matajiri hulia.”

5. Sikiliza malalamiko ya wateja na uyatatue.
Usiyakimbie wala kujitetea, tafuta jibu.

Kuwekeza kwenye ICT kunahusisha mambo makuu mawili:
1. Research in technology - hii ina-stimulate innovation
2. ICT/IT consumption - hii inahusisha education; infrastructures; hardware and software acquisation; n.k

Tunawahimiza viongozi kwenye private as well as public sector kubadilika na kujifunza kutoka kwa wengine.

Not everyone who’s on top today got there with success after success. More often than not, those who history best remembers were faced with numerous obstacles that forced them to work harder and show more determination than others. Next time you’re feeling down about your failures in college or in a career, keep these fifty famous people in mind and remind yourself that sometimes failure is just the first step towards success.

Business Gurus

These businessmen and the companies they founded are today known around the world, but as these stories show, their beginnings weren’t always smooth.

2. R. H. Macy: Most people are familiar with this large department store chain, but Macy didn’t always have it easy. Macy started seven failed business before finally hitting big with his store in New York City.

3. F. W. Woolworth: Some may not know this name today, but Woolworth was once one of the biggest names in department stores in the U.S. Before starting his own business, young Woolworth worked at a dry goods store and was not allowed to wait on customers because his boss said he lacked the sense needed to do so.

4. Soichiro Honda: The billion-dollar business that is Honda began with a series of failures and fortunate turns of luck. Honda was turned down by Toyota Motor Corporation for a job after interviewing for a job as an engineer, leaving him jobless for quite some time. He started making scooters of his own at home, and spurred on by his neighbors, finally started his own business.

5. Akio Morita: You may not have heard of Morita but you’ve undoubtedly heard of his company, Sony. Sony’s first product was a rice cooker that unfortunately didn’t cook rice so much as burn it, selling less than 100 units. This first setback didn’t stop Morita and his partners as they pushed forward to create a multi-billion dollar company.

6. Bill Gates: Gates didn’t seem like a shoe-in for success after dropping out of Harvard and starting a failed first business with Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen called Traf-O-Data. While this early idea didn’t work, Gates’ later work did, creating the global empire that is Microsoft.

7. Harland David Sanders: Perhaps better known as Colonel Sanders of Kentucky Fried Chicken fame, Sanders had a hard time selling his chicken at first. In fact, his famous secret chicken recipe was rejected 1,009 times before a restaurant accepted it.

8. Walt Disney: Today Disney rakes in billions from merchandise, movies and theme parks around the world, but Walt Disney himself had a bit of a rough start. He was fired by a newspaper editor because, “he lacked imagination and had no good ideas.” After that, Disney started a number of businesses that didn’t last too long and ended with bankruptcy and failure. He kept plugging along, however, and eventually found a recipe for success that worked.
Scientists and Thinkers
These people are often regarded as some of the greatest minds of our century, but they often had to face great obstacles, the ridicule of their peers and the animosity of society.

9. Albert Einstein: Most of us take Einstein’s name as synonymous with genius, but he didn’t always show such promise. Einstein did not speak until he was four and did not read until he was seven, causing his teachers and parents to think he was mentally handicapped, slow and anti-social. Eventually, he was expelled from school and was refused admittance to the Zurich Polytechnic School. It might have taken him a bit longer, but most people would agree that he caught on pretty well in the end, winning the Nobel Prize and changing the face of modern physics.

10. Charles Darwin: In his early years, Darwin gave up on having a medical career and was often chastised by his father for being lazy and too dreamy. Darwin himself wrote, “I was considered by all my masters and my father, a very ordinary boy, rather below the common standard of intellect.” Perhaps they judged too soon, as Darwin today is well-known for his scientific studies.

11. Robert Goddard: Goddard today is hailed for his research and experimentation with liquid-fueled rockets, but during his lifetime his ideas were often rejected and mocked by his scientific peers who thought they were outrageous and impossible. Today rockets and space travel don’t seem far-fetched at all, due largely in part to the work of this scientist who worked against the feelings of the time.

12. Isaac Newton
: Newton was undoubtedly a genius when it came to math, but he had some failings early on. He never did particularly well in school and when put in charge of running the family farm, he failed miserably, so poorly in fact that an uncle took charge and sent him off to Cambridge where he finally blossomed into the scholar we know today.

13. Socrates: Despite leaving no written records behind, Socrates is regarded as one of the greatest philosophers of the Classical era. Because of his new ideas, in his own time he was called “an immoral corrupter of youth” and was sentenced to death. Socrates didn’t let this stop him and kept right on, teaching up until he was forced to poison himself.

14. Robert Sternberg: This big name in psychology received a C in his first college introductory psychology class with his teacher telling him that, “there was already a famous Sternberg in psychology and it was obvious there would not be another.” Sternberg showed him, however, graduating from Stanford with exceptional distinction in psychology, summa cum laude, and Phi Beta Kappa and eventually becoming the President of the American Psychological Association.

Inventors

These inventors changed the face of the modern world, but not without a few failed prototypes along the way.

15. Thomas Edison: In his early years, teachers told Edison he was “too stupid to learn anything.” Work was no better, as he was fired from his first two jobs for not being productive enough. Even as an inventor, Edison made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb. Of course, all those unsuccessful attempts finally resulted in the design that worked.

16. Orville and Wilbur Wright: These brothers battled depression and family illness before starting the bicycle shop that would lead them to experimenting with flight. After numerous attempts at creating flying machines, several years of hard work, and tons of failed prototypes, the brothers finally created a plane that could get airborne and stay there.

Nakaribisha maoni
Changamoto.ushauri
Na kila kitu nitajaribu kukijibu

The internet and our book shelves are packed with information about ‘what successful people do’. But what about what they did?

What’d they do when they weren’t successful that brought them to their current stature? Sure, we can learn a lot from successful people. But I think we can learn a hell of a lot more from what got them there, than where they’re at now.

It’s true in any area of life, with success comes laziness. The guy who was grinding, getting up at 5 or 4 am had hunger. The guy who can go where he wants, when he wants, in any vehicle he wants, doesn’t have that same hunger. He does less, but makes more.
We look at the life of the uber successful and we think, man I’d love to have his life. But what about the risks he took to get there? What about the missed birthday’s, parties, and endless hours of work at a dream that he – and quite often only he – believed in?
The difference between the 10 things that successful people do, and the 10 things that successful people did, is sacrifice. What they did to get here is stuff that 99.999% of us don’t want to do. We don’t want to miss out. We don’t want to risk. We’re scared of both and we won’t achieve the success that they eventually achieve which allowed them to do what they want, when they want.
And so, here are the 10 things successful people did to get where they are now.

1. They didn’t accept their excuses.

We all have excuses. We sleep in because we feel ‘our bodies need the extra rest’. We go out for drinks when we should be tending to our dream or our mission, because we feel like we ‘need some fun’. We stop on rep 6 when we could have done 7 because, well, ‘what’s one rep?’.
Well, that one rep is everything. That early morning is everything. That night spent working rather than drinking is everything. And the most successful people in the world know this from the start. Yes they partied, but their work didn’t suffer as a result.

Where fun is #1 for a lot of us – and more power to you. The mission, whatever their mission that they hold with such regard is, is #1 for them. Whatever excuses they could have given themselves, they didn’t listen.
Mandela could have used his unjust imprisonment as an excuse to give into his anger. Instead, he used it as an opportunity to learn, grow, and eventually free others.
Listen to your excuses. Understand why you have them. Then figure out how you can use them for good.
2. It wasn’t just about them.
If you want to be really successful – and truly successful in life, not just in business – it can’t simply be about you. It can’t be about the result. The money. The ‘things’. It has to be about helping others in some form or way.

This goes in line with a later point about having a reason, but if something drives you that is greater than just the ‘ends’, you’re going to work harder, longer, and you’re going to give more to your project. The other thing that will happen, is people will help you along the way. They’ll root for you. You’ll have a tribe of men and women who’ll truly want to see you succeed because you’re not just doing it for monetary gains, you’re doing it for something greater than your own benefit.

Money can be a motivator, but it can’t be the motivator. Legends are never the one’s who are fixated on the almighty dollar. They’re the one’s who are fixated on helping others, or bringing about some kind of change that will benefit more than just themselves.

Yes you can make money by trying to make money. But there’s no fulfillment in simply making money. And isn’t that the point? Make your mission about more than just the man in the mirror, and you’ll begin to be proud of that same face that you see in the mirror.

3. Early mornings and late nights.
People who are on their way to achieving something extraordinary work better, and more often than others. It’s a simple fact.
Yes they neglect other areas of their lives and focus on this one mission that they have. But that’s what’s important to them. If going out every night and having drinks with friends is what you hold as the most important thing in your life, then that’s what you’re going to do.
There’s literally no substitute for hard work. Abraham Lincoln said, “Things may come to those who wait… but only the things left by those who hustle.” If you want to be successful, you’re going to have to out hustle everyone else.

4. The greatest commodity.
Energy is one of the greatest commodities we can have, and one that the most successful possess. Partially due to their passion and excitement for what they do and where they’re going, but many of them also understand the need to be in great shape.

One of Richard Branson‘s ‘key’s to success’ is staying in great physical shape. I always talk about how being in great shape gives us confidence, which in turn leads to a much better life. But is energy the greatest benefit to working out? It may be.

Keeping physically fit gives us a ton of energy which allows us to focus at the task at hand for a longer period of time. Some use stimulants like coffee (which I love), or even drugs (which I hate), to keep their minds burning bright for longer periods of time. But this tactic ends. It results in a crash and in the long run results in less productivity, happiness and true success.

By making training routine, we’re adding to the quality and duration of our time on this planet. We’re also increasing our level of productivity. Think of training as your energizer bunny. When everyone else crashes, you’ll still be going.

5. Principles.
History will be kind to me. For I intend to write it.
Winston Churchill had principles. The difference between him and his principles, and most others’ principles, is that he didn’t waver. He had things that he believed in, like freedom, and fighting for that freedom at all costs, that he stood firm even when he was the only one standing.

One of Apple’s principles are to bring change to the world through technology, and they do it with every product they release. What are your principles? What do you stand by? Identifying them is the first step. Living by them is a whole other story. The people who have become truly successful in life, not just in business, stood by their principles even when they were the only one standing.

Even if your principles aren’t popular, be true to who you are like Churchill was and history will be kind to you as well.
6. Wavering, yet unbreakable faith.
Everyone has moments – and long stretches – of doubt and even depression. Especially when you’re working towards something that isn’t guaranteed. The successful realized that on their way up, all you can do is control the things that are guaranteed. Things like their work ethic, focus, and discipline.

Here is a simple truth: if you don’t have faith in yourself, how can someone else? They won’t. If you don’t know that you’re going to make it, you probably won’t. You’ll get sidetracked, take an easy way out of a problem, or quit. Your doubt will feed that part of you that doesn’t want to work, sacrifice, and suffer for your end goal.

Those who have achieved greatness have doubt, but they also have faith. They have an understanding that it’s just a matter of time. They know that what they’re doing and where they’re headed is worth it, and will happen. Where they are now is just a part of the process and something the they have to appreciate and enjoy.

7. A reason.

Successful people have a reason that compelled them to greatness. Some had an idea, and an idea that they believed in so strongly that they gave their lives to it, and in return, were given a better life.

Abraham Lincoln‘s reason(s) had to do a lot with his view of himself in relation to how other’s viewed him. Where others saw a poor, illiterate boy, Lincoln saw someone capable of achieving more, even if he had to do it completely on his own. He also saw the need for change. A nation that preached freedom wasn’t free. He saw something fundamentally wrong with this and set out to change it. His why wasn’t about him. Which in turn made him one of history’s great men.

Successful people understand their why. Where everyone else knows what they’re doing, and even know how to do it. But those who had a reason, something that was beyond their own gains, pushed them to work harder and to do more than the guy who was simply after money.

We all have a reason. Make yours the reason for your greatness.

8. They persevered when others didn’t.

Maybe the biggest difference between these select few, is that they persevered. It might not have been that they had the most talent, the best idea, or the most breaks, it’s more likely that they persevered.
Take James J. Braddock, or even Nelson Mandela, for example. They didn’t achieve their greatness or success early on in their careers or in life like some. They achieved it after surviving. They survived while others literally died, or quit. In their cases it wasn’t just that they were the best, but they were the best because of what they endured, and they were the last one’s standing.

You don’t know when your breakthrough will come. What you do know, is that it will come someday if you work hard, smart, and help others along the way. If you do great work, your breakthrough will come. History is filled with men and women who persevered. They stuck it out longer than their counterparts.
What history is missing, is the thousands who quit just before their dream could be realized. Work hard, enjoy the journey, and never, never, never give up. It’s such a waste. At least give yourself the gift of sticking it out and realizing your dream.

9. Studied their craft.
Tony Guinn and Mike Tyson studied their craft as much as anyone. Guinn spent hours upon hours studying opposing pitchers. He studied their patterns and their tells. He was by far not the most athletic guy around, or even on his team, but he’ll go down as one of the greatest hitters of all time.
When people think of Tyson, they think of an animal. A man with a troubled mind and a troubled past. But what they fail to see is the student. No one studied boxing like Tyson did. He’d watch the same fights in the attic of his former trainer’s house where he lived as a young man.

He watched the greats. Studied guys like Marciano, Ray Robinson, Dempsey, and Liston. He studied more than anyone. And as a very small heavyweight, he’ll go down as one of the greats. Not because his talent was given; rather, because it was earned.

So these great athletes can study film, but how can we study our crafts? I’ll use myself as an example. Much of my job has to do with writing, and obviously fitness. So, I study those two things. I read books about how to become a better writer, ways to connect with the reader, and I simply read great books written by author’s who are much better at writing than I am. If you’re in sales, read and study sales. If you’re a marketer, then do the same with marketing.

Being a drone who simply goes through the motions is no way to achieve greatness. Assuming success is something you want, you have to study your craft, whatever it may be. Learn it inside and out. Become a wealth of knowledge. It’ll help you create great, inspiring, and unique work.

10. Risk.

Every great person since the dawn of time has risked something extremely important to them, in order to gain something the was even more important to them.
There have also been billions of people who had the capacity for greatness, but didn’t want to take the risk. It’s not that they lived a bad life by any means at all, but they never reached their true potential. Maybe because they didn’t have faith in themselves, or because they didn’t want to risk what they already had – even though it left them unfulfilled – in pursuit of something that wasn’t guaranteed.

Your big, audacious dream might be to marry the girl of your dreams and have a family with her. You risk might be to leave the career that you love in order to support her and your family. Your dream might be to bring change to the world, and everything else in your life that doesn’t help you on your mission might have to take a back seat.

Find your dream. Then risk everything to get it.

According to France Football, which is set to release figures for the best paid players in the world on Tuesday, Barcelona forward Messi raked in €33 million last year from wages and sponsorship deals.

LA Galaxy midfielder and former England captain Beckham, for so long the game’s top earner, came in second on €31.5m, while Real Madrid star Ronaldo collected €29.2m in 2011.

Elsewhere, Samuel Eto’o, who made a lucrative move from Inter to Anzhi Makhachkala last summer, is fourth on the list, with Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney fifth.

Wealthy Premier League outfit Manchester City have two players in the top ten, with Argentine forward Sergio Aguero and Ivory Coast midfielder Yaya Toure sixth and seventh, respectively.

The only other club represented twice are Madrid, with Ronaldo's team-mate Kaka ranking ninth.

Elsewhere, it is worth noting that Chelsea misfit Fernando Torres, who finally got back amongst the goals at the weekend, netted €16.7m during his disastrous first 12 months at Stamford Bridge.

There is not a single player based in Serie A in the top 10 but there is one representative from the Bundesliga, Bayern Munich skipper Philipp Lahm.
