BILA shaka ukiulizwa leo kama unataka kuwa tajiri, jibu lako litakuwa ni NDIYO! Lakini je, tunaelewa maana ya utajiri na namna ya kuwa tajiri? Hili ni swali ambalo majibu yake yanawasumbua wengi. Mada hii itakusaidia kupata mwanga wa maana na namna ya kuutafuta utajiri.

Wengi wanaamini kuwa ili mtu awe tajiri lazima awe na bahati ya kipekee. Watu wengi hudhani kuwa hawawezi kuwa matajiri mpaka watumie mizizi ya Bagamoyo, Tanga au Sumbawanga. Wengine huamini kwamba ili uwe tajiri, ni lazima uoe au uolewe na tajiri. Zipo imani nyingi juu ya utajiri, wengine wanaamini lazima uwe na ‘zali’, ufanye biashara ya magendo, ukwepe kodi, uibe, utoe uhai wa mtu au utumie njia nyingine haramu ndiyo uupate utajiri.



SIRI YA UTAJIRI HII HAPA


Siri kubwa ya mtu kuufikia utajiri wa kweli na wa kudumu, ni kuanzisha biashara yenye faida ambayo utakuwa na uwezo wa kuimiliki na siyo biashara ikumiliki wewe. Ukifanikiwa kuanzisha biashara yako, jambo la muhimu kuliko yote ni kuhakikisha unaipangilia ili iweze kujiendesha au kuendeshwa na watu wengine bila wewe kuhusika nayo moja kwa moja lakini kila kitu kiwe chini ya usimamizi na udhibiti wako.


Ukiwa na biashara inayojiendesha yenyewe, utakuwa na uwezo wa kuanzisha biashara nyingine zaidi, yaani ya pili. Hii ya pili ikifikia uwezo wa kujiendesha kama ile ya awali, sasa utakuwa na uwezo wa kufungua biashara ya tatu n.k.


Biashara ni kama mchezo fulani unaosisimua na inatakiwa ufurahie mchezo huo. Hivyo ndivyo wafanyavyo wajasiriamali wakubwa duniani kama akina Salim Bhakhresa na Reginald Mengi kwa hapa Tanzania, Aliko Dangote wa Nigeria, Mukhesh

Dhirubai Ambani wa India, Carlos Slim wa Mexico au Richard Brandson wa Uingereza mwenye makampuni zaidi ya mia tatu.


Jambo la kutia moyo ni kwamba, unaweza kujifunza kufanya hivyo. Kumbuka kuwa hakuna aliyezaliwa anajua kufanya kitu chochote hapa duniani zaidi ya kulia, mara tu tulipozaliwa. Kila tunachokifanya, tumejifunza baada ya kuwa wenyeji hapa duniani. Vivyo vivyo, kila kitu hapa duniani, ukiwa na nia ya kweli, unaweza kujifunza mpaka ukafanikiwa na kuwa mtaalam.


Ni vizuri kufahamu pia kwamba, sio lazima uwe na biashara nyingi ili uwe tajiri. Wapo wajasiriamali wengi mabilionea ambao wanafanya biashara moja tu ambayo utakuta imepanuka na kuwa kubwa katika nchi iliyomo au imefanikiwa kupata masoko mpaka nchi za jirani au hata za mbali.


Lengo la makala haya si kukwambia uwe kama Bill Gates au Warren Buffett (matajiri namna mbili na tatu duniani kwa sasa) au uwe na hela kuliko watu wote barani Afrika au Tanzania, japo hayo yote yanawezekana. Lengo ni kukufundisha namna ya kubuni, kuanzisha, kuendesha na kuipangilia biashara yako mpaka ifike hatua ya kujiendesha yenyewe.


Shauku yangu kama mwandishi wa ujasiriamali ni kukusaidia wewe msomaji kwa kukupa maarifa yatakayokufanya uanze biashara hata bila fedha au kwa mtaji mdogo ili hatimaye uwe na uhuru wa kifedha na muda, uishi upendavyo na usiteseke uzeeni. Nitakufundisha mbinu, mikakati na maarifa ambayo yatakufanya uwe mmiliki hodari wa biashara na mwekezaji mkubwa.

• Kwenda kutazama mechi za kimataifa za michezo mbalimbali popote pale ulimwenguni na burudani zingine za aina mbalimbali.
• Kujifunza kuimba na kutoa CD yako kwa kuwa una muda na kipato cha kufanya hivyo.
• Kuogelea au kujifunza kuogelea na kufurahia uumbaji wa Mungu.
• Kuwatembelea wazazi wako mara kwa mara kadiri upendavyo.

Haya na mengine mengi, huwezi kuyafanya kama huna uwezo wa kifedha na muda hivyo ni muhimu kila mmoja akajifunza namna ya kutafuta fedha ili ayafurahie maisha.

  • Ensure compliance with CDC policies, procedures, and requirements;

Mara nyingi tofauti nyingi sana hutokea katika mahusiano yetu, ziko zile tofauti ndogo ndogo ambazo mara nyingine hufukiwa na kutoongelewa, lakini ziko nyingine ambazo zaweza kuanza kama cheche na baadae kuwa moto kubwa na kuelekea kuathiri mahusiano yetu.  Tofauti hizi mara kwa mara zaweza kuwa na faida au hasara katika mahusiano yetu.  Zipo tofauti ambazo baada ya kuzishuhulikia, wapenzi wemekuwa na mahusiano imara zaidi ya awali na penzi lao limekuwa bora zaidi.  Lakini zipo tofauti ambazo baada ya kutokea tu, zimeua kabisa penzi na ukaribu uliokuwepo baina ya wapendanao.  Wapo ambao hata tofauti kubwa ilipotokea na penzi baina yao lilikufa na wakagawanyika.  Athari zote hizi hutegemea na jinsi wapendanao hao wanavyozitazama tofauti hizi na kuzishuhulikia.  Wengine wetu tumeshindwa katika mahusiano yetu kwa sababu tumeziangalia tofauti zetu katika mtazamko hasi, na kwa hiyo kila tofauti kwetu tuniona ni mbaya.

Katika makala hii nataka tusaidiane jinsi ya kuzishuhulikia tofauti baina yetu, na tujue  nini cha kufanya, na nini sicho cha kufanya pale wapenzi au wanandoa wanapotofautiana.
  1. Jifunzeni kujiwekea vigezo vitakavyolinda penzi lenu pale mnapotofautiana.
Kama tayari mna vigezo hivi basi jaribuni kuvizingatia kila mnapotofautiana, kwa mfano wapenzi wengi walio waelewa wamejiwekea vigezo au masharti kwamba wakati wowote wa ugomvi au kutofautiana lazima kila mmoja akumbuke kuwa kutofautiana hakumaanishi kutokupendana. Wengine wamejiwekea kigezo kwamba, hata tofauti baina yetu iwe kubwa vipi, kuachana kamwe haitakuwa upenyo au suluhisho.  Kila watu hawa wanapogombana akili zao zinakumbuka vigezo walivyojiwekea wenyewe.

  1. Jitahidini kukaa mkiwa mmeangaliana (face to face seating)
Mnapo kaa mkiwa miili yenu imetazamana, mnatoa nafasi kwa macho yenu pia kutazamana, na  hii inawezesha kutuma ujumbe kwamba wote mkotayari kusikilizana.  Mmoja anapokwepesha macho anaonyesha kutokuwa tayari kumsikiliza mwenzake na hivyo kufanya zoezi la kutafuta suluhu kuwa gumu sana.  Wapendanao wengine hushikana  mikono yote miwili, kama alama ya kuonyesha kujaliana ingawa wanapitia katika fotauti nzito.  Wakati mwenzako anatafuta jitihada za kukushika mikono yako, jizuie usiseme maneno magumu au kuutupa mkono wa mwenzio, au kuondoka kwa hasira pale ulipokuwa umeketi. Kama unalazimika kutaka kuwapekeyako zaidi, tumia hekima kumwonyesha mwenzako kwamba una hitaji faragha zaidi ili akuruhusu na kukuachia huru.
  1. Mawazo yenu na akili zenu zielekee tu katika malengo maalumu mliyonayo katika kutofautiana kwenu.
Maranyingi, katika kurushiana maneno, matusi, kurushiana vitu na hata kupigana ni rahisi kutoka nje ya malengo yenu.  Jiulize, Je ni nini kilitufanya  tutofautiane?  Mfano: lengo lenu lilikuwa kujaribu kutafuta muda wa kupunguza kazi za maofisini ili  walau mpate muda wenu binafsi.  Au labda lengo lenu ni kujaribu kuangalia uwezekano wa kuharakisha mchakato wa harusi yenu.

Mara mnapohama kwenye lengo lenu la awali ni rahisi kuibua ugomvi mwingine na hivyo badala ya kuuzima moto mkajikuta mnaupalia makaa. Kila wakati mnapoendelea na tafauti zenu, mjiulize, je hiki ndicho kilichotufanya  tutofautiane?

  1. Jaribu kuziandika au kuyaandika masuluhisho yote yanayowezekana
Najua ziko njia nyingi ambazo mtazichagua za kuwasaidia kupunguza au kuondoa tofauti zenu nanjia hizo zaweza kufeli.  Ushauri ni kwamba, njia zote mnazoziona kuwa zinaweza kuwa na msaada  ziwekeni katika mtiririko maalumu.

-          Mara nyingi hatua hii hufanywa wakati lile fukuto la ugomvi limepoa, na kila mmoja ameshaelewa sababu ya kutofautiana kwenu.  Hapa sasa mzijadili  njia zote mnazoona zitakuwa suluhisho bila kujali ugumu au urahisi wa utekelezaji wa njia hizo.  Maoni mliyonayo katika utatuzi pia yawekeni katika karatasi pembeni pasipo kuyafanyia tathmini yoyote.
  1. Jaribuni kuzitathmini njia zautatuzi mlizozipendekeza katika hatua ya nne
Baada ya kuziandika njia zote zinazoonekana kuwa suluhisho la tofauti zenu, wote kwa pamoja muanze kuzitathimini njia hizo mkiagalia madhara au matokeo ya kila mmoja.

Baada ya kuangalia madhara au matokeo mtajikuta mmezipunguza njia  hizo na kukuwachache sana, labda zaweza kufikia mbili au tatu au hata moja na kwahivyo sasa mwaweza kuona ile inayoweza kufanya kazi zaidi.

  1. Chagua njia au suluhisho lililokubaliwa na wote
Baada ya kujadili, kutathmini na kufikiri, mwaweza kufikia uamuzi wa kuchagua njia moja ambayo wote mmeiafiki, au ambayo mmoja amekubali kuiridhia. Kukua au kukomaa kwa akili na mapenzi yenu kutaonekana katika uwezo wenu wa kufikia  hatua hii ya sita. Mara zote mmoja wenu asiwe wakuvutia upande wake tu. Lengo lisiwe kumtafuta mshindi, kwa sababu, palipo na mshindi, pana mshindwa pia, na hakuna anayependa kushindwa. Njia pekee ya suluhisho ni ile inayokaribia zaidi na kulitatua tatizo na kuzikidhi haja za kila mmoja wenu.

  1. Tendea kazi muafaka au suluhisho mliloliamua
Ili kuepusha migogoro mingine tena, angalia kila milichokiamua katika muafaka wenu, na vikumbuke vyote ili usije kuvisahau na kurudia kosa. kumbuka makubaliano yenu, kuhusu nani anatakiwa kufanya nini, wapi, lini, na vipi.
 
Kamwe usifanye yafuatayo mnapokuwa katika mgogoro baina yako na mpenzi wako:
  1. Kamwe msiitane majina yasiyorasmi wala msiyoyatumia kwa kawaida mfano; majina ya wanyama, vitu, majina ya kudharauliana na kushushiana hadhi.
  2. Kamwe msitishiane na kupigana mikwara kama vile vitisho vya talaka, kudhuru, au kujidhuru.
  3. Kamwe usiwaingize ndugu au wakwe kwenye mjadala  usiowahusu au kuwachanganya ili kumuumiza moyo mwenzako.
  4. Kamwe msitukanane, kukosoana au kukejili maumbile ya mwenzako.
  5. Kamwe msitukanane, kukosoana au kukejeliana kuhusu uwezo wa akili au ufahamu wa mwenzako.
  6. Kamwe usimtilie shaka mpenziwako katika yale anayoyawaza au kuyaandika wakati  huna uhakika.
  7. Kamwe kusiwepo na vurugu za kupigana baina yenu hata kama ni kwa vitisho tu.
  8. Kamwe usimuingilie  mwenzako wakati anazungumza kitu, msikilize, subiri amalize na wewe useme.
  9. Kamwe usipayuke au kutumia sauti yako kubwa au kilio ili tu kutafuta ushindi.
  10. Kamwe kusiwepo na viapo visivyo na msingi wala kutupiana laana za maneno.
Daima jitahidi kufanya yafuatayo mnapokuwa katika migogoro
  1. Fanya kila linalowezekana kufikia muafaka kabla ya kumaliza mjadala au tofauti zenu.  Kwamwe usiondoke, kusitisha au kutoroka katikakati ya mjadala au ugomvi wenu wakati haujaisha.
  2. Zungumza katika sauti ya kawaida pasipo kupayuka au kuhamaki.
  3. Kuwa na mtazamo chanya, usiingie katika ugomvi ukiwa na mtazamo wa kuvunjika kwa mahusiano.
  4. Tumia lugha inayokubaliwa pande zote mbili, matusi na kejeli havikubaliki.
  5. Weka mipaka ya ugomvi au tofauti zenu, jifunzeni kuzimiliki tofauti zenu na kuzifanya ziwe zenu binafsi. Mara nyingi sio hekima kila ugomvi wenu ujulikane na kila mtu kuanzia ndugu hadi wapitanjia.  Epuka kuzozana mbele ya watoto.
  6. Jaribu kuwa muelewa na jitahidi kutilia maanani katika kusikiliza  kile ambacho mwenzako anataka kukiwakilisha.
  7. Jaribu kukubali kukiri na kushuka badala ya kuwa mkwepa tuhuma ukitumia vijisababu vya kujilinda (defensive mechanisms)
  8. Jitahidi na penda kufikia muafaka na sio kutafuta kuwa mshindi katika tofauti mliyo nayo
