Everybody has an inborn ability to concentrate.but you need to develop your ability to concentrate for maximum effectiveness. All you need is to form the habit of concentrating.No one has difficulty concentrating on things that interest him.
One way of ensuring you concentrate is to develop an interest in your studies.having set your goal keep reminding yourself of the benefits that you will gain on completing your studies successfully.
This will maintain your interest.
When you start studying,do not let your mind wonder organise your work so as to avoid all distractions as explained in the planning section.One reason for failure to concentrate is the habit of postponing things that have to be done.Having an orderly timetable and attending each task at its arranged time will enable you to deal with one thing at a time.Dealing with one thing at a time is a great aid to concentration.
